Roll up rug

Looks exactly like a normal rug and is directional end extendable.

HOW IT WORKS:
Place a tile of rug and set size of rug, the direction sets which set of tiles will become rollup when activated. Pickups can be placed under it (like coins, hearts, fairies, etc.) as well as anything that goes directly on the floor, but nothing pot sized or bigger.

Can set whether the rug starts rolled up or down, and switches state on condition met.

Extras that would be cool but aren’t pivotable to main design:

Trapdoors and holes under carpet only activate if rug is rolled

If the rolled end of rug joins up with another rug of the same width the two rugs merge with the roll up point staying where it was

Can place the top part of a ladder under the part of a roll up rug that rolls away
