change to ice physics so the first clip works, but not the second?

I loved finding out you can use the momentum of the slide to make the pushable block go up the slide at the other end; but then i found out the speed is enough to barely get up without the boost.

could this be changed so the first, but not the second, works?

bad wording; i say clip, but its one video with two "tests". test 1 where it goes down one and up the other i like, but test 2 where it just goes up feels eh
