As the video has shown. When you command to the others puppets follow you, they can rather hug the hole and fall in than follow the puppet.
If you want to replicate it, use the horn thing when with 2-3 puppets so they will follow you. Now fall down the hole. If done correctly the puppet will keep falling the hole.
