#[0.9.4.0] Minecarts collide and get stuck on each other

Not sure if this is a bug, or a bug existed pre-0.9.4.0.

In 0.9.3.6 if two invisible moving carts with shadows in them collided, they would pass through each other.

In 0.9.4.0 they get stuck on each other
