Adding an information bar that could be optionally expanded, or for anti screen clutter, kept hidden / collapsed via a small down / up arrow, to list all items present on each floor, and additionally hovering over them would show the quantity on the floor to the total quantity for the dungeon, I think would be a well received QoL addition.

While it is indeed possible to create notes with the note pads, and that is especially helpful for more complex issues such as specific puzzle steps, or creative "where did I leave off and what did I need to do next?" reminder notes - for items with frequently changing or important quantity totals, I find my floors are littered with color-coded notepads all over trying to keep track of how many heart fragments, sword tokens, I put on the floor vs the total for the dungeon. So I personally at least would very much use a simple visual info bar that auto counts things like that.

Then I considered if its found to fit and be functional, it may as well show other collectable items on the floor, or perhaps be expanded to include enemy types and totals could be implemented as well.

Perhaps hovering over each item will generate an icon over each one on the floor, and possibly then even clicking on items in the information bar would cycle through centering the camera on each one. (Helpful when zoomed in)

Whatever is found to be the most simple to interact with, functional, and useful to dungeon creators.
