#You can convert downloaded dungeons into your own dungeons

If you go into the folders, you can transfer the downloaded dungeons, into the createdDungeons session, I'm reporting this because it's too easy to do, and people can directly post other people's dungeons on their QM account.
(I'm surprised no one in the community thought of that.)

yea but i cant do anything about that haha

#

its known lol

#

i have to store the dungeons somewhere

#

and no amount of encryption will protect me

I hope that before the game goes out of early access, it gets fixed.

what am i supposed to do?

#

no matter where i store em, you can retrieve it if you are clever enough

#

then people will make programs for that

#

its not like QM is YT

#

we dont have millions of players

#

obviously you wont be able to do this on consoles for example

#

i can try storing the downloaded dungeons in OS registry, but even that you can manipulate

An idea, you could do that before being able to open a dungeon there is a check of the player's id, which should be unique for each one, So if the id doesn't match the game just says error

yea but you can manually modify the JSON dungeon file and remove the ID

I tried

youre not the first haha

heavy delta

I'm sorry that you can't do anything

i can try strong encryption i guess

#

but then people will reverse engineer and decrypt the files haha

#

it happens in every single game ive seen

#

people are clever

To cheat the system everyone would do anything

Finding this actually helped me just now transfer dungeons I made on the demo to the main game.
