#[0.8.1.9] Wind (and maybe conveyors) speeds up player walking animation even if walking against it

I found what seems to be a funny little bug or oversight, but you can speed up player walk animations using wind, even if you are walking the wrong way. It looks like the effect stacks with more fans, and can lead to characters zooming in place
I'd say it works; it's like the player is struggling to fight against the wind and panic runs
