As it is, you press enter to save, then you can escape any later changes to revert to the "saved" version. It's not clear that this happens, or that it doesn't autosave (you hit escape and it erases what you typed in)

If I change the text in either text field, then press escape, it erases what I typed
There's nothing really indicating that you have to press enter to save your text, or that you need to do something to save the test at all vs it just saving the change when you edit the text (like how the tags work)
The original post/intent was... when you press enter (required to save text changes), there's zero feedback that the required save happened
