If you hold the interact button with something you can lift and push, quickly tap in its direction, you'll be able to run around and attack even. Upon letting go of interact, you'll lift said object. See included gif with controller overlay.

Apparently it also works going through floors too. Just tested it and I was able to use the force and lift a pot from F1 to F2.
