spiderweb thingy again with other stuff on spiderwebs

i reproduced it again. when the tile with the spiderweb is new and i place a sign or a switch i get a normal ground. when i replace it with spiderweb and use switch or sign again it does not spawn normal ground

also with enemies and bosses
