Options menu/Title Screen Interaction

While on the Title screen, I pressed Esc, thinking it'd give me an "Exit Game" prompt. If I had stopped for a second and paid attention, I would have noticed this does not do this; but instead opens the Options menu. (Many games do this; the post is not in direction to my incompetence, lol.)
What I noticed while this screen was open though, was that there is an option to go back to the title screen; which prompts the whole process to start over.

While I can't class this as a bug, personally; I do think that as a QoL idea; while the user is already on the title screen, this option should be not visible or greyed out; as it does effectively nothing.

It's not a bad title screen, tbh. I do quite like it as is.

on the title screen, it should probably bring up the settings directly, as in input rebinding, volume etc., no need to "resume" or "go back to title" to begin with haha
