horrible lag and ping

i dont know if this is for other servers too but its actually horrible when im trying to pvp and the tps is horrible for farms too, ive tried my farm on a test server it should make 1b-2b an hour but it makes like 600m an hour because of the degrading tps and whenever im trying to pvp at spawn it makes me lag out so bad to the point where nobody wants to pvp anymore

my friend has found like 5 lag machines in the wild too

it moves at less than a second per autocrafter plus hitting down bamboo
