So You expect us to magically give you access back to your account even though we cant do it.
You say your account is hacked. So what do you expect us to do? If your account is hacked we cant do anything about it.
Its your account that is compromised.
Bad mouthing staff for something they cant do just shows your how you dont want to accept the blame for what might have been a you problem which is:-
- easy passwords that anyone can guess
- joining servers of other players and putting the same password there aswell and getting your account compromised.
- Using a cracked account always comes with the risk of getting compromised because its so easy to crack into and if your password is super easy or any of the point that i said. Then there is nothing we can do to possibly assist you,
You think we can give the access back? No
You think we are going to reset your password just because you sent an image showing your ingame screen? No we cant do that. Anyone can send someone else's screen and act like the account belongs to them and demand a password change or something like that
Saying that the staff sucks just because you cant handle a password is just incompetency from your side
Just because a staff handled your ticket the way it should have been handled doesnt mean they are not helpful. They are less experienced staffs that are doing what they have bene told and they handled the ticket in the way they should have
