So, to explain a little: I had an accident almost 4 years ago, and I was disabled for a while, and he ended up moving back to the state where we lived, and I stayed with my mother, I felt kind of bad because I developed PTSD after the accident and he didn't offer real support when he was away

And I don't feel very comfortable talking to him because he's kind of rigid in certain thoughts, and often reduces things to something "spiritual" and smth

But it's very exhausting to think about going, calling him, having an almost robotic conversation, same questions, same answers, and then hanging up...
