Environment Variable Not Setting

Hello, I am trying to add a secret environment variable, but when I click the "add variable" button on the source page of my actor in the Apify console, it looks like a modal tries to appear because the screen goes grey, but nothing shows. Is this a bug? How can I go about adding an environment variable? I've tried this in an incognito window and get the same behavior.
