The description says: Rerolling the shop costs 2 tokens". However.. the truth is that it REDUCES the cost of the rerolls BY -2 each reroll. Also causes the first reroll of each shop encounter to be free at zero. Pic included.

~~I just tested it and it worked correctly for me. So there must be some extra condition to trigger it~~ nvm I got confused, yeah I can reproduce the issue
