I had just picked up delayed pain so maybe that is what caused it. But after the battle ended my tricksters health started going down suddenly from full health and then he exploded and wasn’t revived. It was just a tier 1 trickster so it wasn’t too bad. The rest of my tricksters took no damage. I am on steam. It only happened once and I was able to complete the run.

i'm just bragging here but that run was my second brawl run in a row where i got 28 wins.
