I think it would be really neat if Tooltips of abilities change based on the modifiers that are applied to them.

You can see the modified values by holding Alt. But changing it to be the default behavior has its merits

Maybe show it as "Throw a bomb dealing 280 (2450) damage" or something, compress both versions in the same text box. Could be hard for translators though.
