Fair energy system

Just came back to the game after a year+ of not playing it, the new energy system where high level players have larger amounts of energy is pretty unfair especially for those who want to push rank.

I am a level 31 player having 16 energy, playing against people who have 24 energy (or whatever the level 70's given energy is).

If I want to push for top 5 or something, it'd be almost impossible, very unfair and definitely annoying to deal with.

Let's learn from the most successful and most well-known video games know to humans; Fortnite, Minecraft,etc, all of them only allow players to have cosmetics, but not in-game advantage against other players.

People who'd downvote this have already no-lifed the game and reached high levels and prefer the current biased advantage they have.

If you are looking for fair and fun gameplay without special treatment to certain players but fair competition for everyone, upvote this :)

I wouldn't say pple have no lifed the game as some pple just love this game and like to play it as the years and months pass after completing missions in other game modes other than ranked. Which I have to say doing missions in solo is easier and better and faster in. So as they do that they level up and gagain experience so they also do better and they earned that. In Minecraft to get netherite u have to work for it by doidoing smaller steps like getting iron the diamond in rocket league u have to play to get better in fornite idk same I think with brawl stars u work for stuff u get better thins the more u play .

About the Minecraft reference, yes, you play the game and mine netherite to get stronger, just like how you play RBR and take various weapons loot in every match, though before entering a Minecraft server you don't have any options of having diamonds or netherite right after joining a server, no matter how many years you play the Minecraft , you always have a completely empty backpack once you join a new server.

About rocket league, yes, you play to get better too, no matter how many years you play or how much money you paid to the game, you don't get faster cars or better ball hit accuracy, all are only cosmetics where it's only up to skill to judge the winner of every match.

Fortnite too, only cosmetic items, no in-game advantage, again no matter how many years you play or how much money you paid.

I understand your point but people with higher levels have obviously played more than others and spent all their resources trying to level up, what i suggest is a new game mode where all tanks are with same energy and their is no unfair advantage

Like if I want to return to playing the game competitively, I would need months of leveling up just to reach level 70 and finally be able to play the game without having disadvantages

rlly u only need to be level 36 Bec u have vampire and the rest other then an extra bullet and u can rlly on that and then the rest is just skill like when I was level 37 I got to top 150 with ease

See, that's the point, you get top 150, if I want to finish with a top 1 or top 5, it's a whole different topic, even 1 extra energy makes a difference, let alone 8 energies!, that changes a lot.

I reached top 20 multiple times without insanely trying but only playing for fun, that was when max level was 50, before they added many new perks and weapons and the unfair energy system

It's not a skill issue when I have 1 flak and 1 rapid fire yet my opponent has 2 flak and 2 rapid fire. Considering both have the same perks and equal game skills, also even if I have slightly better skills, chances still are that the opponent will win due to having such advantage

My opinion on this: Energy per lifetime

When we look at how much energy someone has, its not really good to consider the energy per match, but the energy per lifetime, bc the energy per lifetime is how many weapons you can use per minute you play. And ik that this is not a perfect match, but in general, if you are a higher level, you're more skilled and live longer, so you have a similar energy per lifetime as a noob, making the system fair. This isnt perfectly fair, but it is fair, bc both noobs who are high level and pros who are low level are rather rare

If everyone has 20+ Energy every noob will blow up the whole map with his spammed weapons, if everyone has 10, the game gets boring for pros, if everyone has 15 energy both

Now you're talking, see, you have some sense to say, it's way better than just saying "I downvote just bc it's written so rude", that makes you look... Not very smart. Either way, this is a good point, though, "it's rare for pros to be at low level", I wouldn't agree, especially those who are only interested in the competitive aspect of the game only, they never farm these boring quests. But only manage to do them by coincidence and over a long period; therefore they stay at a mid level of 30-45, making it unfair for them to compete against those at level 60 or 70. If you are a pro as much as I assume, hopefully, you'd know how much even 1 energy makes a difference and can decide the winner of a fight between two, let alone a 9 energy difference, that's 3 flaks if you think about it, starting the game with 3 extra flaks and the same setup as the low-leveled pro is a big difference, and surely unfair.

I get your point about noobs blowing up the map if everyone had a lot of energy, and how boring it'd be if everyone had low energy, having extra energy became a need after they introduced new weapons and perks than what was available 2 years ago.

So how do we solve this issue?

I think a possible solution is making XP a reward from season ranking, beside the boring repetitive quests.

Like did we forget what does XP stand for? XP stands for experience or experience points, it decides how experienced a person is in a specific game, the more XP you have, the more experienced you are. And if someone can manage to get a top 20, top 50, top 100, or even top 200; then they are definitely experienced, and shall receive experience points (XP) by the end of the season.

So the instance, and alongside the gems and coins rewards:

25k XP
20k XP
15k XP
10k XP
5k XP
2.5k XP

welp, yeah the coins and gems rewards are gone for most of the levels, the rewards usede to go up to level 60 and then they changede all of it for level 70
