short level, short review
(first screenshot) : incredibly fast-paced start already, i like it.
(second screenshot) : you've used these sort of "ring of fire" obstacles a lot, and they make a good obstacle here.
(third screenshot) : the fast-paced race continues, no complaints here.
(fourth screenshot) : some nice jump zone area, i recommend making it a bit bigger since this is 16p.
(fifth screenshot) : some ice jumping, no complaints once again but parkour-like repetition is a small nitpick i have.
(sixth screenshot) : nice end build up that requires timing to get ahead, i like it

Final Score
design : 8.5/10, it's a nice recreation of a mario kart track (hence the name) with decent obstacles alongside smooth gameplay. decoration is also scattered throughout the level with the "road lines" and grass, making this somewhat nice to look at.
multiplayability™ : 9/10, there's only 1 (maybe 2) sections i feel could be a bit bigger since this is a 16p level, the fast-pacing of the level ensures that many connection zones will not be slogs to get through, while having no merge zones at all (zones in the level where all players are forced into an area to progress), giving the level smooth gameplay.
skill req : easy, most of this is you being carried in gravity fields or doing some parkour, making it simple for newer players.
creativity : 7.5/10, although i love that this is based off of mario stadium and mario kart in general, there's a small feeling of repetitiveness throughout the level, but this doesn't take away from the fact that it's still fun.
Score : 25/30

This level is nice, but my main issue is how linear it is. I feel like this will be a problem for players when playing.

Can we please get something to block the player here? When I go upwards really fast here I tend to die to the spikes which ruins the flow of the map

Also, please order your spawns like this, if its a linear map where you barely can do anything to overtake the other player make it as fair as possible

i have similar problem. this level is the same category as slippery slope, best race ever made, tease-1 and O(2n). if there is no real challenge the result of the race will be more or less complete rng. this sometimes works in a 32p-map but not at all in 8p imo

i already wrote: if you want to have an 8p make it more challenging. you already proved with green goob that you can do it. if you want to keep it easy you should go for 32p but then you would need much more space of course.
