Instead of having it like top 1000 is silver etc, maybe have it like Fortnite with stages and you have to complete either challenges to level up those stages or just do good in games and if you do bad you lose rank, and the highest rank is only top 50 people are constantly playing to keep their spot
Also, maybe you can get a cool skin for being top 50
