People have been complaining about not receiving enough support and help on their rocket bot Royale and goober dash account’s. I think it will be helpful and more organized to have an online form that people can fill out which people will state the problem with their account and put their account information.

I have suggested a ticket 🎟 system on discord, which gives you a private channel that only devs & mods can see. A lot of time needless messages get sent in #account-support & as a result messages that need the devs to help get buried, or pings don't get responded to
