if you shoot it at a player it will also affect another player that is the closest to him giving this an easy two birds one stone if u kill them.It will also make them unable to move for one sec.this will cost three energy

iirc the devs wanna stay away from stun or freezing effects.
also 2 birds 1 stone isnt suppose to be easy

Maybe only 0.5 sec stun

3 energy is way too cheap because it would be overpowering. 6 energy minimum maybe with a maximum of 1 use. But again I don't think it is a good idea personally

Because the game remembers your previous load out & uses that automatically

I have 6/10 not 10/10 energy when I remove all powerups
