I'm getting steam offline error, but i'm hosting the server on my own PC, anyone can help me pls ?

either you forgot to launch steam, if you did, try restarting it, or you're not connected to the server. Be sure that there is something in the console of the server when you click on the start menu of the game. If it doesn't, you're not connected.

If it's the second one, check your page file if you have the right IPs in it

Make sure you're running both the Dev Server and the Dev Build at the same time, as well.
