Actually I should've looked at all of these earlier - these are all outdated. In order to use them, you have to download the 5.6.2 version of the Private Server.

Then you need to download 5.6.2 from Steam. go to steam.db, look up Dead By Daylight, go to the depots tab, click "Dead By Daylight Content" and then go to manifests. Find a manifest from around March 23rd, 2022.

Highlight the corresponding ID, then go to #faq. It should tell you how to download 5.7.2. follow those instructions, but before you run the command, copy the manifest ID from earlier, then replace the last bit of numbers in the console with the manifest ID from steam.db.

That will download 5.6.2. If it fails, just copy the red text at the top of the window. Make sure to keep 40~ish GB of space free, due to the way Steam downloads depots.

Also it should install to C:/Program Files x86/Steam/steamapps/content/

Also I forgot to mention that it doesn't show that it's downloading, but if it fails, it'll say so in the console.

Also it WILL slow you're computer down a bit. If you're downloading this, you shouldn't play any games, so you might as well do something else that's productive while you wait. Just be patient, it'll say that it's finished in the console when it's done.
