#Compilation painfully failing

While setting up a template project at stage of compiling I got a lot of errors from Visual Studio.
What and where did I do wrong? I tried to use UE 2.27 but got the same errors as here: #1059973245249527879 message.
Using Visual Studio 2019 didn't change at all
