#Can I save 5.6.2 and 5.7.2 or do I have to download them every time I want to play that version?

A question before I head to bed which I most likely reply sometime tomorrow. The steam console keeps removing the other version file that I want in the Depot section. Yes, I'm new to all this, but the idea is that I want to load either 5.6.2 or 5.7.2. I've just zipped 5.6.2 because it's lost its prior. Luckily, I put the other mods that I tested for YouTube videos in my backup file. I had to download 5.7.2 again because I thought doing the command for the steam console won't remove my other prior version. The question is, can I have both versions or do I have to download them every time if I want to play either one? I just want to save time, so I can load up the mod that I want to create a video on, then go back to another version. So, I only have one version 5.7.2 at the moment installed in the steamapps\content\app_381210\depot_381211\ but I kinda want both versions saved there

Hopefully, that makes sense. I'm quite bad with explaining what I'm trying to get across.

You can probably just rename the depot folder to prevent it from being overwritten

Since you don't launch depots from steam it wont be an issue

It all works, thank you so much ❤️ I have to redo all the mods sometime this week, but all versions work. I can use bots in older versions or just 5.6.2 and 5.72? I kinda want to play the very first update, but just curious if I can play with the bots or if I need to find others for that one

I'm pretty sure bots only work in 5.6.2 and 5.7.2
