I'm a paying customer, just paid in fact, still on 14 day trial before charges take effect.
I lost access to my old account due to password change.

I've sent 2 emails to you asking to reinstate my subscription, proof of payment was attached.

No reply, how long does it take?

You should wait for the reply before sending another email. In general tickets reply time gets reset when you send new emails.
