Nested notebooks appear expanded, but no nested notebooks are shown. Also auto-collapses.

It's a little hard to notice because I'm clicking pretty fast, but you can see the down arrow indicating the nested notebooks should be shown. I had to click the parent notebook to collapse it and expand it over again, then a second later, it auto-collapsed.

I think I found a way to reproduce it:

1. Expand a nested notebook.
2. Click off of the Notesnook application (in the attached video, I click on the desktop).
3. Bring Notesnook back into focus by clicking on any null area of the program.
