I'm on a Galaxy S20 trying to add an image to a note on the Notesnook app version 3.0.13.
Nothing ever loads. I've tried multiple notes, multiple images, yet nothing shows up in the note. The text isn't displaced either so it's not that the image is invisible. It's not being added.
After upgrading to Pro, I've restarted the app. My main reason for upgrading was images.

hm, intersting, just tried on my samsung, all good, from disk and from camera worked
if you open your gallery, i guess you accepted to allow access to images
lets try asking others who have android, maybe someone else had this issue

Thanks for the response. That's a good thought. I just checked the permissions and Notesnook wasn't allowed permissions for Photos and Videos, but even after allowing, it still doesn't show images after adding them to notes.
Before changing permissions, I could also select Add Image from Disk and still view all my Gallery pictures and browse files to add. It saw them without permissions, which is odd.
I also tried rebooting my phone. Restarting the app again. It has all permissions enabled now. Notifications allowed. I downloaded it from the Google Play store if that's relevant. I'm a little nervous to try and uninstall it and reinstall. Possible loss of notes?

go to app.notesnook.com, login there and check if all notes and attachments are there

additionally you can make a backup to be on a safe side
and then you can try reinstalling

Thanks! I can confirm images are adding correctly after a reinstall. Also, the app was still able to see most of my photos before I allowed access to Photos & Videos. Everything is good now though so thanks.
