I uploaded 8-10 images not more than 300kb, which were uploaded successfully, I was dragging them up and down, suddenly "Drop your files here to attach" popup appeared and editor is unusable, even if i change the note, the popup is still there. Reopening the app fixes it, but moving images again breaks it

It has been happening for a long time. It's not new for V3. You need to restart the app to make it go away.
Hope the devs fix it soon.
I think it happens when you drop the image somewhere in the editor where it is not supposed to be... I hope that makes sense.
I would suggest you make sure to click the place once where you are going to drop the image.
At least till there is a fix for this.
