Notes shows attachments but when I checked the attachments in setting, all the attachments are shown under Orphaned and there is not link shown while right click on that file the notes attached to it,

If you know which notes have attachments, you can open the notes and the files will no longer be shown as orphaned. But yes this is a bug and I experienced it too

there are more thna 700 notes and most of have attachments so can not do manually open all the notes or attachments, this is just i viewed while looking at all the functions

Seems like as of 3.0.2, all attachments show orphaned whether or not you open the note that contains the attachments.
