How to remove formatting but keep numbers/dashes, for example

Hi I am coming from a world of no-formatting notes apps, such as the the free version of Standard Notes, and others where the free version does not have any formatting.

While I appreciate now being able to format my text, I still want to use numbering (eg "8. " at the start of a line) without anything else changing - currently there seems to be no way to have a number plus "." at the start of the line without it getting indented. Is there a way to remove the indentation and keep the number?

Same question for a dash ("- ") at the start of a line; is there a way to prevent/remove indentation and conversion into a bullet icon?

in obsidian and microsoft word i think you could press ctrl+z and it would revert back from auto-formatted version to non-formatted (as you typed) version, in here i see it doesnt work, so maybe a good idea for a feature request
