#Can't sync btw differents devices

When i try to sync, i get the message "Sync failed" and a popup
"ciphertext cannot be decrypted using that key".
I have this issue on 3 different devices : pc, laptop and mobile
I tried to force sync it didn't solve the issue
I did logging out and logging back in
How can i resolve it ?
