Hey! With the latest update, some upgrades now require special conditions to unlock.
As shown in the picture, you'll need to harvest 3 times to make this upgrade available.
Right now, the upgrade can’t be purchased until that requirement is met.

You can grow seeds without fertilizing them, fertilizer just boost the speed of growing.
