I played this for about 2 hours. Overall experince is very good! I know its not finished and thats why im not going to go deeper into stuff like "too much to do" since you will obviously getting workers later on to help you out.
Feels slow at begin but ends too fast:
At first it felt like you get no money at all until few days later you have 1k and can buy all upgrades without even reading them first. I ended up getting only buried bodies that give daily revenue over 60 and rest I took to crematorium. After 10 bodies thats 600 you get each day for doing nothing but protecting the graves. It feels like too big amount since upgrades cost few hundred. Im sure you will bring more upgrades later that do more cool stuff but now it felt like I unlocked everything I need in just couple hours. Also flowers price scale went a bit too fast from earning 10-20 to earning 100+. It would be nice if you made it harder to earn too much. That way getting an upgrade feels like achievement. Ofcourse keeping in mind it must not get too grindy (I like grindy but I know lots of people dont like it).
Zombies:
Amazing idea! You suddenly jump from simulation game into a zombie shooter game. I was supriced how good AI zombies had not stucking on walls and giving you hard time if you run out of ammo and have to hit them with shovel. Downside is that after I realized that zombies will follow me endlessly I started running just in circles with a shotgun killing fast runners first then fixing fences while slow ones were walking towards me. It became too easy. Maybe make it so zombies stop following you if you go too far or if they see a grave to be closer than the player. This would actually give challenge. Now all I do is wait by the graves for them to come and start running circles. I don't even fix fences anymore or add any defenses because it makes no sense to use time/money on them. The zombies will come for you anyways and you can just run away from them with shotgun.
