Hello All

I've been a lurker here for a while mostly because of the complete intimation of the gear I was kindly gifted by a colleague.
I do have already a Seestar S50 and a Seestar S30 Pro (due next week)

I have the following:

Mount & Core Platform
Sky-Watcher EQ6-R Pro

Imaging Telescope
Starwave 80ED-R ED Doublet Refractor

Reducers / Optics:
Lightwave 0.8× Reducer
Lightwave 0.6× Reducer

Cameras
Main Imaging Camera:
Altair Hypercam 183C PRO (colour)

Guide Camera:
Altair GPCAM2 130 Mono

Guiding & Alignment
Altair MG32 Mini Guide Scope / Polar Alignment Scope

Control & Software Plan
MeLE Quieter 4C N100
Mounted on the rig (planned/used)
Software stack:
N.I.N.A.
PHD2

It is currently incomplete as I'm needing a way to mount the guide scope and way to power everything AND then I need to learn how to actually use it.
This morning I did a dry run to see how it actually goes together. Much easier than i thought but the mount weighs a tonne.

I'm currently looking for suggestions on a handle for the top of the actual scope and a way to mount the guide scope 🙂

Cheers in advance
Phil

well first of all don't put stuff on it without the counterweights lol

but it's a great first setup, the main imaging camera is old and worth swapping if you have the option but otherwise essentially ready to use

there are some handles on aliexpress that also double as guidescope shoes
