I'd get this 130mm dobsonian instead of the powerseeker.
Dobsonians have a very stable base and this one has a bigger mirror/aperture(means you can get a bit more details on planets).
The 114/900 mirror is fairly nice, but the mount itself and basically everything else that comes with the scope is really cheap.

I would not recommend that camera either as it is mono(only gray images, unless you get rgb filters but they are a pain for planets), and the sensor is pretty old.
This one is more more expensive but comes with a much more sensitive imx662 sensor:

And it is a colour camera(has tiny rgb filters in front of the pixels) so it can take colour images really easily.

You would also want some kind of barlow, for a cheap decent one I would get an omni 2x( I think aliexpress is a cheaper place to get one) but astroshop stocks it too:

You would need a t-ring to connect it to a telescope, but from what I've found it is going to be a bit of a pain for planets: I don't think the video will give you 1 pixel from the sensor to 1 pixel in the video which will mess up the details, might be a way to go around that with some digital zoom and software. I did something similar with my canon cam, but the software I used (eos camera movie record) doesn't support pentax cams.

You should definetly be able to get some widefield images with the camera and a camera lens if you stack raw images.

Yes to all of the above. Cassini division might be a bit too hard currently due to the angle of Saturns rings, but that is getting better.

But you will need to use a Barlow, be properly collimated and get lucky with good seeing that night(which will limit how much details you can get)

~15% better in terms of size of details you can resolve, but would come at the cost of being more than twice as heavy.
200/1200 dob is quite a lot more efficient in terms of performance to weight(at least when comparing the skywatcher classic ones, where the 150mm is 14kg and the 200mm is 16kg).

The 150/1200 is more suited for planets since you won't need to use as powerful of a barlow to have the planet be big enough on the sensor.
Max barlow power = ~7 times pixel size in um divided by focal ratio

I don't really trust those eyepieces. I would get the asi662 that I linked earlier or a cheap sv305c pro. I think it should be cheaper.
sv305c non pro isn't great as it's hardware limited to 53fps, when you could use ~100fps for planets with the pro one or the asi version.
