it's clearly out of focus, what did you use for focusing?
and your image train has tilt somwhere, im guessing you're using a dslr lens but are you using a dslr for it? if so than there is something really wrog with that lens
it may be less severe when you get in focus
about procesing im gonna recomend you try out siril, it has lots of simple tools you'll learn quickly and than when you start to get what's going on there is lots of fun advanced tools to play with. it's also free
