I'm having some issues stacking in both AS & Registax 6, I took about 1100 frames last night and I would estimate 70% or so are high enough quality to stack. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I went wrong?
I'm not used to working with more than 100-200 stills
Despite this, using 400 APs and 30% best quality to stack in RS6 I am still getting.. this.
I will include some random cropped RAW frames to show data quality, since I am pretty sure that isn't the issue. There was some atmospheric turbulence I could see, however it was overall quite clear. Both AS and Registax should account for slight rotation and geometry changes right? there is some difference I noticed but I can't say its been any different in previous imaging sessions
