M51 with 3 hours of data.

Aiming for 10 hours total, processed at the 3 hour mark to see how its going.

Still cannot plate solve in the asiair. Maybe my fov is too small?

I polar align with the cgem ii mount and add 4 calibration stars. Then I go to m51 and start guiding.

usually no matter how much alignment i do its never fully accurate

ig the fourth star is what lets it get so precise? mine can only do 3

#

btw since milky way band is coming up, try pointing into it and then platesolve

it has way higher star density so it may work there
