Really beautiful capture of M42, and as others have pointed out the white pixels are certainly clipped, most noticeably at the trapezium.

But, I don't think it takes away too much, if anything from the image. The colors are gorgeous and the nebulosity detail is great, and the background is just the right amount of dark.

The shape and sheer physical intricacy of the Orion Nebula will never cease to amaze me.

nice process, you should do the hdr a bit less imo, since it will cover up the blown core a bit

i usually like using most of the dynamic range if im processing orion hdr, so that it doesnt look too off

I have HDR core however not implemented in this image

Im mostly worried about the outer SNR
cuz I only have 30h of RGB but thats not enough for the surroundings
