My new heq5 pro mount and asi air came yesterday and I got a chance to test them out, im using a celestron 8se and zwo asi 224mc and all im getting is "fov out of range, can't solve" does this mean I need a camera with a bigger sensor or what?

It's possible that the fov of the camera is too tight and it's unable to see enough stars to solve

Also my mount is very slow and moves and then stops after like a second of moving, I need to keep pressing the arrows to move it. I expected It to just move in one smooth motion
I'm not sure if this is something to do with the right amount of power being supplied or not
