even though you didnt disclose what optics you are using, im sure it wont focus that close distance at the slightest

Hey so that wont be the fabric of the tshirt, thatll be your cameras pixels when "undebayered" debayering is what tells a pixel on a OSC camera "hey you are a green pixel, you are a red pixel" etc etc. and flats are taken undebayered as they are usually applied to light frames before any debayering (:
