I currently use a sony a7r iii (i know not ideal for astro but I also shoot wildlife). I'm planning on getting the samyang 135mm f1.8, I've heard its great for astro and I love fast telephotos. I am wonder what kind of tracker or mount would work for this. I know very little about that stuff. I know quite a bit about optics. If theres any other optics you would recommend that would work with tracking better, let me know.
#So about mounts

star adventurer 2i or skyguider pro if you don't mind finding stuff yourself, star adventurer gti if you want goto (highly recommended)
How does it track if I gotta find stuff myself
once it's polar aligned it onaly has to move it's RA axis to track the stars
I am wondering about power supply
How long could they last in a rural area
Away from power
I've never had one of those so Idk
you can power them with a 12v power bank if you have one to make it last longer
the sa 2i and gti can be powered with AA batteries so you can buy a bunch
what do you use?
