Comparaison with PanSTARRS g band data from 2016.
Moving stars and disappearing ones are artefacts.

Ohhh ok, a Blazar is just a Quasar but one of the relativistic jets are pointed directed at Earth. Had not even heard of Blazars before this.

So this is an image of a galaxy with a Blazar in the center?

But what really makes it special is that the core is insanely bright and getting the galaxy is a bit of challenge
