Originally I wanted to mount a 150pds on a Eq5 but meanwhile im a bit afraid of collimation issues due to my full frame Canon 6D. Now I am not sure whether to buy a cheap refractor which is probably not that good or a reflector and somehow manage to collimate it properly.

You can influence the collimation on the newton, but any Refractor will have a coma, except those who have a flatterner built in, but those are not cheap
I think will be better of with the Newton and any collimation compared to a refractor with no Flattener, but if you buy a known good refractor flattener combo that would probably be the better choice

in my experience coma in a reflector with no corrector is much worse than a refractor with no flattener, either way it's best to buy both the scope and the relative corrector. It's not worth going without
that said, collimation isn't hard it just needs practice
but I would stick to a lower focal length refractor to stay safe and for simplicity of use

My Newton had much less coma without a corrector🤔
