I used the extract Ha and OIII script in Siril to stack 100x300s subs from bortle 9 NYC. I brought the Ha and OIII files into Pixinsight and applied noisexterminator to each of the Ha and OIII files. Then i did linearfit to equalize the Ha file using the OIII file as reference. After that i combined the two files using pixel math with R=Ha, G=.6Ha*.4OIII, B=OIII. then it was generalized hyperbolic stretching, blurxterminator, and some photoshop using nik color efex pro 4 plugin for dynamic contrast. that's pretty much it.
