Every time I stretch this image in Siril, I get this unpleasant, noisy red background. I can't quite figure out how to get rid of it whilst preserving all of the stars. If anyone could help me out or give me any advice, that'd be greatly appreciated!

Image Processing > Color Calibration > Color Calibration. And then optionally after that you can do Image Processing > Remove Green Noise
