#Testing my new Player One Astronomy - Ares-C Pro today

Haven't had enough clears skies to proper image but was able to take a few shots here between clouds. First impressions are very positive, coming from an astro modified dslr the lack of noise is remarkable.
The cooler hardly works up a sweat cooling at -10
Will update here with more data once I've had a proper night imaging.
What dlsr did you use before you got the ares?
Canon 1200D Astro Modified
is it possible to connect a usbc hub to the camera to further connect guide camera and a focuser ?
I've only tested connecting my usb-c guide camera, which worked. I personally use a usb 3.0 hub so have no way of testing sorry.
Had such a long wait until clear skies that I forgot to leave an update.
I've a had a few good nights with it and these are my opinions:
Positives:
-Build quality of the device is really good and sturdy, that includes the spacers and plates etc.
-All the electronic stuff works as it should - sensore cooler etc.
-The square lens, which was a worry, is actually a positive. It makes Squaring the object to much easier. No rotation to worry about and it's nice for later posting on social media.
-(Bearing in mind this is my first dedicated astro camera (last one was astro modified 1200d) ) - Its so much better and easier to get a clean image, less noise or weird stuff, I wish i'd done it years ago.
Negatives
-The only one I have encountered is pixel density - 3008 x 3008 is good but I would like more pixels. But for my level of astro photos it's fine.
Hope this might help someone.
3008x3008 is more than fine
the pixel scale needs to be good for it to look "sharp"
